Faulty or dead-on-arrival items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
Warranty coverage
- • Most devices carry a manufacturer warranty — typically 6 to 12 months.
- • Store warranty covers manufacturing defects on select products.
- • Physical damage, water damage and unauthorised repairs void warranty.
How to request a return
- Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Include order details, photos and a short description of the issue.
- We arrange collection or in-store return in Lagos/Abuja.
- Once inspected, we replace, repair or refund within 3 business days.
Non-returnable items
Consumables like earbuds tips, screen protectors and opened software licences cannot be returned unless faulty.
